This guide is for merchants that are NOT using a shopify checkout but still wish to take advantage of Aftersells highly relevant Rokt Thanks trained using machine learning

Most of the time installing the SDK (a javscript snippet) is straightforward with minimal technical expertise needed. If required, we have trained technical support to help support you though this process

Initial Questions

• How can you (or someone on our engineering team) add a code snippet to the confirmation page? The confirmation page (also known as the thankyou page) is the page that shows AFTER checkout
• What user data/properties are available on the confirmation page? We need access to some properties around what items were purchases AND customer information. The more properties we have, the more relevant the offers will be.
  • Is there an easy way to access it using javascript?
• If you require technical assistance do you have a testing/staging environment for an AfterSell engineer to access?

Implementation steps:

1. Answer the questions above and confirm what properties you can access

2. If you want to move forward you’ll need an accountId which an Aftersell engineer will have to provide

3. Choose if you would like to attempt the installation on your own or if you want to work directly with an Aftersell engineer (this may require a testing environment)

4. To do it yourself you can follow this documentation from Rokt or the summarized steps below. Not all steps from the Rokt setup are relevant but is provided as a resource

   1. Copy the starter integration script
   2. Add the integration script code from between the HTML <head></head> tags of any page where you want to display a Network Offer
      1. Populate customer and transactional data properties
      2. Replace "rokt-account-id" with your accountId
   3. Test the implementation following  testing your integration

5. Work with our team to customize the placement to match your brands look and feel
